All sellers have an open account and all fees will be invoice monthly. You have the option in My Accounts to look at invoices, fees and statements and pay. All statements will be cleared on the last day of the month. Any issues with billing will be addressed according to our Terms and Conditions. Please keep your account information current. We perfer PayPal.

Although issues are rare, perhaps you have attempted resolution without success and need some help. If you contact us; include the user names, listing number and the nature of the issue we will contact all parties concerned. We cannot guarantee any solution, but we will try. Use of the feedback system alerts buyers and sellers. We encourage the use of escrow services, credit card payments; paypal and registered and insured shipping practices. Use of the feedback system is a great peer to peer monitoring system.
Leave Feedback - A user can only leave feedback once per listing number, and that user must be one of the two parties involved in the transaction. To leave feedback: Check the box(s) of the listing(s) where feedback will be left. Select feedback status (Positive, Negative, Neutral). Enter comment. Click “Leave feedback for selected users”.

YES. A Trade listing allows you to exchange goods or services with another user. You can choose to accept or decline any posted offer. When listing an item for Trade, you only have to enter the shipping cost. Since the goods are not for sale, you will not be asked to enter a price. There is a fee for a successful trade – please refer to our FEES area.
